all that piece, parcel or tred of land, being a part of the premises oonveyed by said mortgage, to-wit:
From the NW corner of Section 18, Township 36 South, Range 41 East,
run East along the North line of said Section 18, 213.39 feet to the
point of intersection of said Section line with the East right of way
line of FEC Railway; thence run Southeasterly along said East right
of way line, 303.45 feet to the point of beginning of the tract
hereinafter described; thence continue Southeasterly along said East
right of way line, 101.15 feet; thence run~East parallel with the sai
North Section line, 1032.5 feet, more or less, to the West bank of
the Indian River; thence run Northwesterly meandering said river bank,
102.75 feet to a point that is due East of the Point of Beginning;
thence turn and run West on a line pa=a~lel to said Section line, to
the Point of.Beginning. EXCEPTING therefrom the right of way of South
Indian River Drive.
