there was conveyed to us the real estate and premises
described as: -
Lots 29 ~ 30, Block 255, Port St. Lucie, Section 6, a subdivision
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 36A
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida -
and
Lot 10, Block 229, Port St. Lucie, Section 28, a subdivision according
to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 7 of tlie Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida ~
NOW, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that we, the~under-
signed, do hereby declare that we stand seized of said land
and premises in trust for John E. Medendorp, Edith 8. - :
Medendorp and The Muskegon Bank & Trust Company, of Muskegon,
Michigan, as Trustees under the provisions~of a trust agree-
ment with John E. Medendorp as Settlor dated December 18,
1970, their successors and assigns, and we.and the survivor ~
of us hereby agree to convey the same at their request and
at their cost to them or to such person or persons, corpora-
tion or corporations, at such time or times and in such manner
; as they sl~all direct or appoint.
