•and entering into said Lease). The Grantee aqrees to be bound by all of said pro-

fair and equitables the Grantee hereby impresses a lien upon the land and renl property
described above, as security for his obligations, as described in said Declaration of
Cund~iniuca and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that said
Declaration of Condominium, its exhibits and the Sales Contract executed by tha Grantor
and the Grantee contain all of the warranties, representations and inducementa
concerninq the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property deecribed above.
