The Grantee by acceptance of the foregoing Warranty Deed and execution of this
Acknowleciqment and Ratification by Grantee, acknoWledges receipt of copies of the
Declaration of Condomin~um described above, includiag the provisions of all of its
exhibite. and that conveyance by such deed is subject thereto. The Gr~u?tes does ,
further hereby ratify, confirai and approve all of said provisions (including the

Records Book 189 on paqes 1829 through 1886 in the Publie Records o~ St. Lucie County,
