acreage of property situate in Martin County, Florida, to be
included in the deed was 695.14, and
WHEREAS, FrXECUrORS and STUART agree that the purchase price
of the property situate in St. Lucie County, should be reduced
by the sum of $966.28 and the purchase price of the property
situate in Martin County should be reduced by the swm of
$13,233.40, or the total purchase price shou].d be reduced by the
sum of $14,199.68, and the amount of the five (5) annual install-
aaent payments of principal should be ad3usted accordinglq, and
