thence turn and run Southerly along the $ast R/wT of
the ~irnpike Feeder Road 180 feet, thence turn and
run $ast 320 feet to the West R/wl of U. S. #1, thence
turn and run North along the West R/~W of U. S. Bl,
a distance of 165 feet, more or less, to the point of
. _beginning. .
and said grantors do hereby fully warrant the title to said land,
and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsover. '
