ARTICLES OF A(iR~EMENT, made this 17th day of April A.D. 1973, between
Franklin A. Harris and Valerie V. Harris, his
wife, parties of the first part and Lee J. Davis
and June L. Davis, his wife, parties of the
second part, 109 Roslyn Avenue, Fort Pierce
FLorida.
WITNESSETH that if the parties of the ~second part shall first make the
payments and perform the co~:enants hereinafter mentioned on their part
to be made and performed, the said parties of the first part, hereby
covenant and agree to convey and assure to the said parties of the
second part, their heirs, executors, adminstrators or assigns, in fee
simple, clear of all encumbrances whatever by a good and sufficient
deed to the following described property to-wit:
, Lot 6, BLock 4, of the re-plat of Sunset Park Subdivision
as per plat thereof on record in plat book 11, page 28, of
the public records of St. Lucie County, FLorida.
and said parties of the second part hereby covenant and agree to pay
to the parties of the first part, their heirs and assigns at their
office in Fort Pierce, the sum of $18,000.00 in the following manner,
to-wit: ~
(1) $1,000.00 on the signing of this instrument, receipt of which is
hereby ac~cnowledged.
(2) $150.00 per month interest and principal payment.starting on the 15th
day of May A.D. 1973 and on the 15th day of each and every subsequ- .

~ ent month thereafter until the original installment b alance of
4 $17,000.00 is paid in full. The aforesaid interest to be cal-

; culated on the unpaid balance due at the rate of 8.25% per annum.
~ Each installment shall be first applied in payment of the interest
and then on the unpaid balance of the principal sum. A late
penalty of 5% will be added and collected with any amounts due and
payable under this contract which have not been paid by the 22nd
i
' day of each month, this penalty shaZl apply to~any due ad valorem
; taxes, special government assessments and fire insurance which_has
~ been paid by the parties of the first part to protect their interest.
