WITNESSETH, That for divers good and valvable considerations, and also in consideration of th~ a~g~eflat~
sum of money named in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter desuibed, the Mo~tgagor does grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, refease, convey, and confirm unto the Morigagee, in fee simple, the foffowing described
real estate, of which the Mortgagor is now seized a~d possessed, and in actua! possession, situate in the County of

and appurtenances, which now or may hereafter pertain to or be used with, in or on said premises, even Though they
msy be detsched or detachable.
IT iS 111UTUALLY ~OVENANTEO AN'J AGREEO by and between ihe parties hereto that upon request of the Mort-
gagor, the Mortgagee may hereafter, at its option, at anyt~me within twenry (20) years from the date hereof and be-
fore full payment of this mortgage and notes secured hereby, make further advances to the Mo~tgagor and any such
further advances, with interest, shall be secured by this mortgage and shatl be evidenced by an additional note then
unpaid, and the total amount of indebtedness that may be secured by this mortgage may decrease or increase from time
to time, but the total unpaid balance so secured at any one time shall not exceed the maximum principal sum of
; 30.000.00 _r, together with interest thereon and any and all disbursements made by the Mortgagee for the
~ psyment of taxes, levies, or insurance on the property oovered by the lien of this mortgage with interest on such disburse-
