26. In the event this Hortgage is a construction ~ortgage, each of the terma,
covenants and conditions of the conatruction loan agreenent executed in connection
with the executioA of this Mortgage are incorporated herein as if said coastruction ~
loan agree~et?t vere repeated herein in extenso.
29. Mortgagor covenants and agrees that he vill deliver to the Mortgagee every f!ve '
years hereafter an inspection certificate that the captioned pranises ia free
from termites. .
30. In the event this is a mortgage on an apartaent in a condauinium together with
appurtenances thereto, the failure of the sortgagor to pay any assessments
required to be paid pursuant to the Dtclaration of Ce~adominium or to otheraise
comply with any of the terms, covenants or conditione of said Declaration ef
