Together ~rith all structures and improvements noW and hereafter on said
land, and fixtures attached thereto, and all rents, issues, proceeds and profits
accruing and to acerue from said premises, a11 of which are included xithin the fore-
going description and the habendUm thereof; also all gas, steam, electric, t~ater
and other heating,cooking, refrigerating, lighting, plLmnbing, ventilating, irrigating
and po~+er systems, maehines, appli~nces, fixtures and appurtenance~, vhich noW are or
~.y hereaPter pertain to, or be used xith, in or on said premises, even though they
~e detached or detachable; a~so, all building, improvement or construction materials,
supplies and equi~ent hereafter delivered to said land contemplating installation
or use in constructions thereon and all rights and interest of the Mortgagor in build-
in~ permits and architectural plans a.nd specifications relating to contemplated
constructions or improvements on said land and all rights and interest of Mortgagor in
present or f'uture mortgage laan commitments pertaining to a~y of said land and improve-
ments thereon.
TO AAYE AND TO HOLD the sau~, together with all and singular the tenements,
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in a~ywise appertaining, and
the reversion and reversions, remainder or remainders, rents, issues and profits
thereof, and a],so ell tbe'estate, right, title, interest, property, possession, claim
a.nd demand Whatscever, as Well in laW as in equity, of the said Mortgagor in and to
~ the same, and every part thereof, unto the said Mortgagee absolutely and in fee simple

And the Mortgsgor hereby covenants with the Mortgagee that he is in- ~
defeasibly seized of said land in fee si~ple; that he has full po~er and la~rPul right ~

Mortgagee at all times peaceably and quietly to enter upon, hold, occupy and en~oy

simple title to said Land in s+~id Mortgagee as may be reasonably required, and that
