1. That he can state of his own personal knowledge that he
is familiar with Alfred L. Test, Jr. and Gwendolyn K. Test who appear as
grantees in that certain Warranty Deed dated Jnuary 18, 1957, recorded OR
Book 223, page 421, of the public records of St._ Lucie County, Florida.
2. Affiant further states that Alfred L. T est, Jr. and

Gwectdolyn K. Test, his wife, the above referenced grantees are one and
the same as Alfred L. Test and Gwendolyn Test, his wife, as reflected as
mortgagors in that certain .mortgage given to First Federal Savings & Loan
Association of Fort Pierce, Fla., dated April 19, 19?3, recorded OR Book 213,
page 122? of the public records of St. Lucie County, Fla,
Further, affiant sayeth not. ~
