BARTON and BARBARA BARTON, his wife, did on March 8, 1973, make, execute and deliver a certain mortgage deed to FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT pIERCE, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, which mortgage was recorded in O. R. Book 2I1 at paqe 2647 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and which mortgage deed encumbered certain real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as follows: That part of the West 260 feet of the East 1060 feet of: South 1/2 of Outlot 7 and North 1/4 of 0utlot 8, according to a plat of White City, as recorded in Plat Book l, Page 21, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, said Lots Iying and being in East 1/2 of SE 1/4 of Section 4, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, which lies South of the following described line: COMMENCING at the SE corner of~the above-described land and on West right of way of Oleander Avenue, run thence North along the West right of way line of Oleander Avenue_, a distance of 131.25 feet for the point of beginning; run thence West at 90 degree angle with right-of-way of O:leander AvenuP and parallel with the South boundary of the above described land 910 feet; run thence Southwesterly to a point which is 20 feet North of the South boundary of said land and 1060 feet West of the East boundary of said land; continue West parallel with and at a distance of 20 feet from the South boundary of the above described land to the East right of way of Citrus Avenue. The same being Lots 26 and 27 and portion of street immediately adjacent thereto as shown on survey by J. W. Whitice filed for record May 21, 1958 in Deed Book 238, paqe 15, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. as security for an original principal debt of $18,200.00 evidenced by a promissory note, which promissory note was set out in ~ said mortgage deed; and WHEREAS, the description of the property set forth in said raortgage is in error and the mortgagor and mortgagee have mutually agreed that said mortgage shall be modified and amended so as to correct the error in description; ~ NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and other good and valuable considerations and the mutual covenants and ; promises herein made and the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) each to i the other paid, RODNEY D. BARTON and BARBARA BARTON, his wife, i hereinafter called the Mortgagor, and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS j AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, hereinafter called the ; Mortgagee, agree as follows: i i l.
