land and on West right of way of Oleander Avenue, run
thence North along the West right of way line of Oleander
Avenue, a distance of 131.25 feet for the point of
beginning; run thence West at 90 degree angle with
riqht-of-way of Oleander Avenue and parallel with the
Svuth boundary of the above described land 910 feet;
run thence Southwesterly to a point which is 20 feet
North of the: South boundary of said land and 1060 feet
West of the East boundary of said land; continue West .
parallel with and at a distance of 20 feet from the
South boundary of the above described land to the East
right of way of Citrus Avenue. The same being Lots 25
and 26 and portion of street immediately adjacent thereto
as shown on survey by J. W. Whitice filed for record
May 21, 1958 in Deed Book 238, page 1S, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That the above description as set forth in Paragraph 1
above is hereby and herewith made a part of said mortgage as though
it-had been originally described and incorporated therein.
3. That this agreement shall not be deemed to modify or
amend said mortgage except as specifically set forth herein, and
the mortgagor hereby ratifies and confirms the said mortgage as
modified and amended.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the mortgagors have hereunto set their
hands and seals and the mortgagee has caused these presents to
be executed in its name, and its corporate-seal to be hereunto
