ACCIDBNT INSURANCS C~ANY, Assignor, and I~NBY G. WHIT'E, Assignee.
W I T N E S S E T H:
FOR VALUE RECEIVSD, Assignor does hereby assign unto Assignee
all its right, title and interest in and to the lease dated May 12,
1955, between The National Life and Accident Insurance Company,
Landlord, and W. T. Grant Company, Tenant, and filed for record
on May 19, 1955 under Clerk's File No. 40803 in the Office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida. '
The Assignee does hereby acknoowledge receipt of the said
lease and does hereby assume full responsibility from and after
the date hereof with respect thereto and agrees to hold the Assignor
harmless with respect thereto insofar as any event or oacv~aeace
heresfter taking place is concerned.
Assignor hereby certifies that no action has been taken or
will be taken by it resulting in a cancellation, modification or _
~ amendment of any of the terms and conditions of said lease. Assignor
' further certifies that to the best of its knowledge and belief there

~ are no claims of third parties against the demised premises except

; as set forth in the deed of even date herewith fram Assignor to
