ASSIGNMENT OF LEASB
- THIS ASSIGNMENT, made and entered into this ~ day
of May, A.D., 1973 by and between HENRY G. WHITE, a single adult, Assignor,
and FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE, Fort Pierce, Florida, a Banking
Corporation; Assiqnee. ~
W I T N E S S E T H:
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, Assignor does hereby assign unto Assignee
all of his riqht, title and interest in and to the annual rent payment i
required to be made under the terms and conditions of that certain
Lease dated May 12. 1955 between The National Life and Accident
Insurance Company, and W. T. Grant Company, recorded on May 19, 1955
under Clerk's File No. 40802 in the Off ice of the Clerk of the C'ircuit
Court in St. Lucie County~ Florida~ which said lease has been duly
assiqned by The National Life and Accident Insurance Company to
Henry G. White, Assignor herein, which said Assignment of Lease is
recorded in O. R. Book , page y y . publ ic records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
~ This Assignment is made by Assignor herein to Assignee herein as
PrimarY .
/collateral for the payment of a Promissory Note of even date from
Assignor herein to Assignee herein in the original principal sum of
$180,000.00, and it is agreed by Assignor herein that irmnediately upon

execution of this Assiqnment, that W. T. G=ant Company, the tenant
f under the Lease dated May 12, 1955, hereinabove referred to, shall be

~ notified to make future rent payments to Assignee herein. _

~ Assiqnor herein covenants with Assignee that he will take no action,

passive or otherwise,that would in any way cause a termination of said ~
; Lease dated May 12, 1955, or a default_.of said Lease, without the
: written consent of Assiqnee herein. In the event of any such action or
' default on part of the Assiqnor herein in respect to said Lease dated

May 12, 1955, then this Assignment shall operate as a full Assignment
; of said Lease of May 12, 1955 from Assiqnor herein to Assiqnee herein,
; and Assiqnee shall have the riqht to enforce any and all terms of said
