this mortqage, and the note hereby secured, including interest, at-
torney's fees and costs and expenses of sa~d foreclosure.
TH$ Mortqaqor, or her heirs, leqal representatives or assiqns,
further aqrees to furnish such other forms of insurar_ce in such
amounts as may be required by said Mortgaqee, its successors or as-
signs, and the provisions relatinq to fire insurance and policies
issued thereunder shall be applicable to such other forms of in-
surance.
IT is covenanted and agreed that the terms "Mortqagor" and
"Mortqaqee" for convenience herein employed, and any pronouns used
in connection therewith, shall be construed to include the plural
as well as the sinqular number, and the masculine, feminine and
neuter qender, whenever and wherever the context so admits or re-
quires; and that all covenants and obliqations of the respective
parties hereto shall extend to and be obligatory upon their heirs,
legal representatives, successors and assigns. ~ . ~
