further hereby ratify, confirca and approve all of said provisions (including the
WINDMILL VILLAGE HY THE SEA RECRFsATION CENTER I.EASE as tiled for record in Officinl
Records Book 189 on paqes 1829 through 1886 in the Public Records o~ St. Lucie County,
Flozida, t+nd the acts of the Officers and Directors of ~IINDMILL VILLAG~ BY THS SEA
CONDOMINIUM NO. 1 ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation not for profit, in making~
and entering into said Lease). The Grantee agrees to be bounci by all of said pro-
visions; the Grantee acknowledqes and aqrees-that aIl of said provisions are reasonable,
fair and equitable: the Grantee hereby impresses a lien upon the land anc~ real property ~
described above, as security for his obliqations, as described in said Declaration of
Condominium and its exhibitst and the Grantee acknarledqes and agxees that said .
Declaration of Condominium, its exhibits and the Sales Contract executed by the Grantor
and the Grantee contain all of the warranties, representations and inducements
concezning~the purchase by the Grantee of~the land and real property described above.
