Truste~s under Agreement dated July 23, 1957, recorded in Deed Book
230, page 480, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, herein-
after called the grantors, to GWENDOLYN L. LELLY
whose post office address is 269 NE 13th Street, Delray Beach, Florida - 33444
hereinafter called the qrantees:
WITNESSETH; That the grantors, for and in consideration of '
the swn of $10.00 and other valuabl.e considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the grantees, all that certain land
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz;

TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonqing or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
AND the grantors hereby covenant with said grantees-that in
all things in and about this conveyance the grantors have complied
with the powers vested in them unc~er the Trust Agreement dated July 23,
1957, recorded in Deed Book 230, page 480; and that.said land is free
of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31,
197 2
