28. In the event this I~lortgage is a construction mortgage, eac~ of the terms,
covenants and conditions of the construction loan agzeaaent executed in connection `
with the execution of this Mortgage are incorporated herein as if said construction `
loan agree~aent were repeated herein in extenso.
29. Mortgagor covenants and agrees that he vill deliver to the ?brtgagee every f ive `
years hereafter an inspection certificate that the captioned pre~ises is free
from termites.
30. In the event this is a mortgage on an apartment in a cocdomiaium together with
appurtenances thereto, the failure of the mortgagor to pay any assessments
required to be paid pureuant to the Declaration of Condominium or to otheraise '
comply with'any of the terms, covenants or conditions of ~aid Declaration of
Condominium shall constitute a default under this mortgage and the mortgagee may, ~
at its option, imemediately or thereafter declare the indebtedness s~cured hereby -
due and payable. ~
