Drydock and Terminal Company, as per deed recorded in Official
Record Book 35, Page 33, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, being a part af Section 3, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East, in the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, run thence
South 78°21'50" West, along~the south line of said Fort Pierce
Drydock and Terminal Company lands, 90.02-feet to the-east line
of North 2nd Street; thence South 8°23' East, along the east line
of North 2nd Street, 25.04 feet to the Point of Beginning of the
street right-of-way herein described:
From said Point of Beginninq run North 78°21'S0" East, 347.80
feet to an iron pipe; thence South 15°11'40" East, 50.1 feet to ~
~ a point; thence South 78°21'S0" West, 353.48 feet to the east line
of North 2nd Street; thence North 8°23'West, 50.07 feet to the
Point of Beginning.
