I/we have reoeived, I/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to yoe~ and your successors an easement
for the constn~ction, operation and maintenance of elect~ic utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables, .
vonduits and appurtenant equipm~t) to be instalied irom time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add °
to, change the size of or remare wch facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or
cables of any other Company or pe~on; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all t~ees, brush and unde~growth or othe~
obstructions that might endanger o~ interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across my/our pro-
