AS S IGNMEN:f OF CONTRACT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That MARY H. CAREY,
party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of One Thousand
~ao Hundred Fifty ($1,250.00) Dollars, lawful money of the United
States, to her in hand paid by WILLIAM H. OLNEY and FERN C. OLNEY,
his wife, parties of the second part, at or before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has granted. bargained, sold, assiqned, transferred
and set ove= and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell,
assign, transfer and set over unto the said parties of the second ~
part a certain Agreement for Deed bearing date the 20th day of
January, 1972 and recorded February 2, 1973 in O. R. Book 211,
page 60Z, Public Records of St. I.ucie County, Florida, said Agreement
for Deed between Major Excavating Company, Inc. and Mary H. Carey,
under which said Major Excavating Company, Inc. agreed to convey -
the following described property, to-wit: _
Lot 8, Block 2, GREEN ACRES, UNIT 3, SUBDIVISION
located in St. Lucie County, Florida;
to said Mary H. Carey upon payment of the sum of $6,295.00 with
interest.
Parties of the Second Part agree to assume and faithfully
" perform and discharge all the terms and obligations assumed, or
to be performed or discharged by the Party of the First Part, under
her agreement with Major Excavating Company, Inc. ~
