RESOLUTION NO. 73-50
SATISFACTION OF LIEN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 65-2181, Laws of ,
Florida, 1965t on the 6th day of July, 1972 filed a lien against
any property owned by ROB$RT TYLER, 805 N. 20th Street~ Fort '
Piercet Florida~ in the amount of $282.85, said lien being
recorded in OR Book 204 at Page 56 of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, said lien has been paid in full and should be
discharged and satisfied of record:
NOWf THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this
Sth day of May, 1973 that said Board does hereby acknowledge the
payment and satisfaction of said lien and directs the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of said County to cancel the same of recc5rd.
