3. The Grantee expressly agrees for itself~ its successors.
and assigns, to restrict the height of structures, objects of
natural growth and other obstructions on the above~described lands
to such a height so as not to exceed 50 feet above ground level
or 88 feet above mean sea level, whichever is lower, or r~ceive
approval for a greater height by submittal of FAA Form 7460-1 to the
Federal Aviation Administration.
4. The Grantee expressly agrees for i_tself, its successors
and assigns, to prevent any use of the above described lands
which shall interfere with or adversely affect the operation or
maintenance of the the St. Lucie County Airport.
5. If the Grantee does not construct on said lot a CBS office
building 15` x 20', a steel building with open sides 50' x 100` and .
a steel auxiliary building 24` x 50s meeting the building require-
ments of St. Lucie County within one (1) year from the date of this
conveyance, the Grantee shall reconvey said lot to the Grantor upon
the Grantor`s refunding to Grantee the purchase price.
