230, page 480, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, herein-
after called the grantors, to KENNETH R. DKEW and EVELYN L. DREW,
his wife,
whose post office address is Rt. 2, Box 2761-15, Fort Pierce, Florida - 33450
hereinafter called the grantees:
WITNESSETH; That the grantors, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the grantees, all that certain land
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz: ~
Lots 21 through 35, inclusive, Block 58; and ~
Lots 1 through 18, inclusive, Block 60, ~
All being in SAN LUCIE PLAZA, UNIT 1, as =
per plat thereof recorded i~ Plat Book 5, page
57 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~

So much of Lot 1 of Block 60 as lies within 50 feet of the

TOGETHER with aIl the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances `
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining. :

all things in and about this conveyance the grantors have complied
with the powers vested in them under the Trust Agreement dated July 23, ~
1957, recorded in Deed Book 230, page 480; and that said land is free {
of alI encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31,
19 7 2 .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said grantors as Trustees aforesaid
