Plat thereof.recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 50
~of the Public Records of St. Lucie Couaty,
Florida; TOGET~R WITH riparian rights, EXCEPT-
ING therefrom the right-of-way for the Digie
Highway (now known as Indian River Drive.)
For and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar
($1.00) and other good and valuable considerations from the said
