This Indenture, made this ~ day o# ~l~, 1973, A.D.
between James D. Hayhurst, M.D., and Rita Ann Sec#~n Hayhurst, hus-
band and wife. of the county of Scotts Bluff in the state of Nebraska,
party~of the first part, and James L. Applegate & Lynn Applegate,
husband and wife, of the county of Laramie in the state of Wyoming,
party of the second part, whose post office address is 400 Boyd
Buildinq, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001, witnesseth: that the said party
of the f irst part, for and in consideration of the sum of $lO.OQ,and
other good and valuable consideration, to them in hand paid by the
said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
ledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the said party of the
second part, their heirs and assigns forever, the following described
land, to-wit:
Land situate lying and being in City of Port
St. Lucie, County of St. Lucie, and State of "1J
. Florida, to-wit:
Lots 39 and 40, Block 116 of PORT ST. LUCIE
SECTION 27, a Subdivision according to the ~
Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 14, Page
5, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, ~
Florida.
And the said party of the first part does hereby fully
warrant the title to said land, and will defend the same against
the lawful claims of aIl persons whomsoever. ;
