WARRANTY DEED

first part, and Rita Ann Sed~n Hayhurst, of the count~ of Scotts

post office address is 218 W. 27th, Scottsbluff, Nebraska 69361,
witnesseth: that the said party of the ~irst part, for and in
consideration.of the sum of $I0.00, and other good and valuable
consideration, to them in hand paid by the said party of the
second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledqed, has granted,
bargained and sold to the said party of the second part, her~heirs
and assigns forever, the following described land, to-wit:
