THIS DEED made the ~ day of May, A. D. 19?3. by FRANCES `
R. BOST, hereinafter called the grantor, to JAMES A, GASKILL and NA~TCY
M. GASKILL, his wife, whose postoffice address is P. O. Box 563, Fort
Pierce, Florida - 33450. hereinafter called the grantees:
WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum
of $10. 00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
ledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys
and confirms unto the grantees, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida viz: .

which mortgage balance the grantees assume and agree to

This conveyance is on the express condition that the grantees
