SPECIAL WAP;RANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED, made this~~,Q.~ day of March, 1973,
between MARY ANN RHODES of the County of St. Lucie and State
of Florida, hereafter called the Grantor, and the SECRETARY
OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, of Washington, D. C., his
successors ans assigns, hereafter called the Grantee,
WITNESSETH: .
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
Ten Dollars ($10.00) in hand paid by the Grantee, and other -
valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, :

grants, bargains and sells to the Grantee and his successors
in office, as such, forever, the following described land in
the County_of St. Lucie, State of Florida:
Lot 85 of Sheraton Plaza, Unit Two, Replat,
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 16, at page 2, of the Publi~c Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.

The Grantor cer~ifies that she does not own any other -
j property subject to a mortgage insured or held by the Federal
i Housing Administration.

j This deed is an absolute conveyance in satisfaction of that
~ certain mortgage dated March 1, 1971, filed April 27, 1971 and
recorded in Official Records Book 192 at pages 44-47 of the_
Public Records of St. Lucie.County, Florida, given by Shirley ~
Alexander, a single adult, to Stockton, t~Ihatley, Davin and Company, '

~ which mortgage has been assigned to the Western and Southern Life
Insurance Company. ~

To have and to hold the above-described property with ap-
