cepting therefrom, the Tast 10 feet and the South 10 leet
of above described property.
2. Your Affiant and Affiant's spouse acquired title to
said property by dee~ recorded p~t. 19, 19?O in the Public
Records of the County wherein said lands are situate. Your Affiant
and said spouse were married to each other on November 22, 1963 ~
which is prior to the date of said deed, and they have remained
married to each other continuously since that time.
