called "Bank"j, to grant credit to the undersigned under a Promissory note for

(other than presently existiog lfens and liens securing the payment of loans and

ection herewith, or in the paymeut of any indebtedness ar obligation of Borrowers
now or hereafter ovving to Bank. Bank may, at its election, ia addition to all other
remediea and righta which it may have by law. declare the enHre remaining ua-
paid principal and interest of any such obligations or indebtedness then remaining
unpaid to the Baak due aad payable forthwith.
Borrower hereby assigns to Bank all moneys due or to become due to Borrower
as rental or otherwiae for or on accouat of such real property, reserving uato
Borrower the right to collect and retaia any such rrioneys prior to Borrower's
default under the ternZS of the loaa described above.
It is further agreed and understood that Bank inay, ia its discretion, and ia ~ere- ~
by authorized and permitted by Borrowers to cauae this instrument to be record-
ed at s h Hme and in auch places as Baak may, in ite discretion, elect.
