Book 174, Page 2902, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, securing payment of the original sum of Five Hundred
Thousand (~500,000.00) Dollars, upon the real property situate

and as assigned to WILLIAM H. WATSON, as Trustee, bearing the

AND WHEREAS THE SAID ROBINSON CALLEN, as Trustee, the Fee Owner.
of the lands described below, requested, the said WILLIAM H.
WATSON, Trustee, to release the premises hereinafter described,
