THIS INDENTURE, made this 17th day of April , 1973 between
John Thomson and Agnes Thomson, his wife, whose post office address is
39 Mure Ave., Kilmarnock, Ayrshire, Scotland, hereinafter called the
Grantors, to Jane Thomson Lemon, whose post office address is 3312 Hull
Ave., Bronx, N.Y. 10467, hereinafter called the Grantee:
W I T N E S S E T H
That the Grantors for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other~
valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknawledged, by these
presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release and confirm
unto the Grantee all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, viz: Lot No. 4, Block No. 137, Unit No. 11, Lakewood Park, ~
St. Lucie County, Florida, as per Plat on file in Plat Book 11,Page 32A,
32B, 32C and 32D, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
Together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in any way appertaining, sub3ect to all conditions and
restrictions of records.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantors have executed this indenture as of the
