SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNO~W ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: that we, PHILIP
STRA2ZULLA, DOMINIC STRAZZULLA and FRANK STRAZZULLA, the
owners and holders of a certain Mortgage Deed executed
by JAMES W. PIOWATY to PHILIP STRAZZULLA, DOMINIC STRAZZULLA,
as Co-Partners, trading and doinq business as STRAZZULLA
BROS. CO., bearing dated the 5th day of April, 1963, recorded
in Official Record Book 60, at page 298, in the office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida,
securinq one certain note in the principal sum of $75,023.57,
and certain promises and obligations set forth in said mort-
qaqe deed, upon the property situate in said State and County
described as.follaws, to wit:
The South 1320 feet of the West 3/4 of Section
27 and the South 1320 feet of Section 28, all
in Tvwnship 34 South, Range 38 East, St. Lucie
~ County, Florida.

hereby acknawledge full payment and satisfaction of said note '
and mortgage deed, and surrender the same as cancelled, and - ~
hereby direct the Clerk of the said Circuit Court to cancel the ~
same of record. !
