WHEREAS, the Judge of the Circuit Court for St. Lucie
County, Florida, Probate Division, on the 4th day of May
1973, among other things, Ordered that the Party of the First ~
Part execute and deliver a Deed to the Parties of the Second
Part,
NOiW, THEREFORE, TffiS INDENTURE WITNESSETH:

Estate of W. E. VASSAR, Deceased, in order to carry into effect
