Florida,.being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 8 of aforesaid Ben Hogg'
Subdivision, run South along the West~line of Lots 8 and 9, a
distance of 603.48 feet;thence run East parallel with the North
line of said Lot 8, a distsnce of 897.20 feet to the West line of
an 80 foot right-of-way as deeded to St. Lucie County and
recorded in Official Record Book 152, Page 217;-thence on a back
angle of 73° 16' 23" as measured from~West to North run North-
westerly along the County right-of-way line 189.13 feet to an
angle point in said right-of-way; thence on an angle of 155°
17' OS" as measured from South to West run Northwesterly along
the County right-of-way line 563.39 feet to the North line of
aforesaid Lot 8; thence run West along the North line of Lot 8,
472.80 feet to the point of beginning. ~
The mortgagor agrees to execute partial releases of the above
described mortgaged property upon paymsnt of ~2,000.00 per acre for
parcels to be released. A11 parcels to be released shall first be
contiguous to the North boundary line of the above mortgaged
property and then continguous to previous parcels released. All su s
paid for partial releases shall apply on the next ensuing principal
payments.
