WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DESD, made the ~ day of May, A. D.
1973 by MALCOLM CLARK MENNTNGER and DEBORAH L. MENNINGBR, his
wife, hereinafter called the Grantor, to CHESTBR 8. GRIFFIN, as
