AFFIDA VIT
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared Richard
D. Sneed, Jr. , Esquire, who, upon being duly sworn, did depose and say:
1. That he did not prepare that certain Warranty Deed dated
March 28, 1973, recorded OR Book 212, page 2475, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein Louis Ortman and Alice L. Ortman,
his wife, were reflected as grantors and Nicholas Malinovsky and Lydia P.
Malinovsky, his wife, were reflected as grantees, nor was said d~ed
executed in his presence, notwithstanding the fact that his scrivener's
stamp appears on said document.
2. Affiant further states that that certain Affidavit acknowledged
March 28, 1973, and signed by Alice L. Ortman, recorded in OR Book 212,
page 2465, of the public records of St. Lucie County, F., was nei ther
prepared by him nor executed in his presence, althou the same bears
his scrivener's stamn.
