1. 1~erm: The term of thia lease respecting each item of equipment vommences upon whichever of the
following dates ia earlier: _
(a) The date lessor confirma to the lessee of its acceptance of the leaee. _
(b) TLe date said item or items of equipment is delivered to lessee.
(c) It is agreed that this Leaee const3tutes a Firm offer by the Les.gor to Lease to the Le~a:yee the goods
described in the slripping order attached to the Leasse under the terms hereinunder outlined and
that such an agc~eement is not revocable unless cause for revocation is stated in the agreemen~
Ualess sooner terminated as hereinafter set forth, the term of this lease respecting each item of equip-
ment eupirea 48 months from date of lease.
2. Rent : As rent for said equipment, lessee shall pay l~ssor, at its offioe in Denver, Colorado, or to its order, °

month.and until forty-eight months have elapsed. Unless sooner paid. all said r~nt shall be payable in any

' 4. Use: Lessor shall comply with all laws, ordinances and regulations in anywise relating to the use, opera-

; lat5ona and pay all costa and expeneea of every cbaracter occasioned by and arising out of such use. Lf
` lessor supplies leasee with label~ stating that the equipment ia owned by lessor, lessee ahall affuc and
~ keep the same upon a prnminent place oa the equipment.

; 5. Insp~ectlon: At all times deiring businesa hours, lessor aha11 have the right to inspect the equipment or ;
! ob~aerve iLs use, and may remove the equipment forthwith. without notice to lessee, if the equipment is,
~ in the opinion of tlie lessor, being improperly cared for or abused.

6. Alterstions:- Without the prior written consent of lessor, Iessee shall not make any alterations. additions :

~ or improvements to the equipment. All additions and improvements of whatsoever kind or nature made
; to the equipment ahall belong to and become the property of lessor upon the egpiration or earlier termina-
~ tion oi this leaee.

j 7. Repairs: Leasee shall inspect the equipment within 48 hours after its receipt; unless within said time~
F le.~see notified lessor, stating the detailg of any defects, lessee shall effect and bear the expense of all
; necessary repairs. maintenance, operation and replacements.

f 8. Laas aad Damage: Lessee hereby ass~umes and shall bear the entire riak of loss and damage to the equip-
= ment from any and every cause whatsoever. No losa or damage to the equipment or any part thereof 3
