OPTION AGREEMENT
We, FRANKLIN G. PHELAN and DORIS M. PF~LAN, hie wife, the ~
undersigned, of Route 3, Box 1248-C, Ashev311e, North Carolina, in
consideration of THREE HUNDRED ($300.00) DOLLARS to me in hand paid
by SALVADORE GUIDA and ROSS GumA, his wife, of 27 Mount Proagect
Avenue, Dover, Ne~r Jersey, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
aqree to sell, to SALVADORE GUIDA and ROSE GUIDA, at thia option, the
following property now owned by me, to-wit:
Lot 16, Bl.ock 124, PORT ST. LUCIE, Section 27,
S/D according to the plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 14, Page 5, of the Public Recorda of
St. Lucie County, Florida,

2. Notice of election to purchase hereby by SALVADORE

ccuNtY execute and deliver to SALVADGIRE GUIDA and ROSE GUIDA a deed conveying
said property to SALVADORE GUIDA and ROSE GUIDA, his wife, and to
deliver possession of the land in as good condition as it is now, and
free of all liens and encumbrances.
