CORRECTIVE WARRANTY DEED
~
THIS CORRECTIVE WARRANTY DEED made and executed the
day of 1973 by GULF-ATLANTIC INVESTMENTS OF
FORT PIERCE, C., a corporation existing under the laws of the
State of Florida, and having its principal place of business at '
Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, hereinafter called the
qrantor, to ATLANTIC CONDOMINIUMS, INCORPORATED, a Florida ~
corporation, whose postoffice address is P. O. Box 305, Fort Pierce,
Florida 334S0, hereinafter called the grantee:
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
$10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is _
hereby acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell,
alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the grantee all
that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:

This is a corrective deed designed to correct defects and errors
appearing in the legal description of that certain warranty deed
between the grantor and the grantee dated October 6, 1972,
recorded under Clerk's File No. 239407 in O.R. Book 207, page 73
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. _
TOGETHER WITH all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto be2ong?*~g or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that
it is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that it has
good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land;
that it hereby fully warrants the title to said land and will
defend the same against the lawfuZ claims of all persons whomso- f
ever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances.
