That the partial release of mortgage dated ~ October 6, 1972 and recorded in O.R. Book 207, page 64 of the ` public records of St. Lucie County, Florida shall be modified, amended and corrected so that the description of property ~ partially released from the lien and operation of the mortgage ~ shall be as follows: ' From the Northwest corner of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 15, Township 35 South, Range 40 East run thence South 89°40'16" East along the quarter-quarter Iine to a point on the East right of way of Oleander Avenue (State Road-S-605); thence South 00°26'26" East along the said East right of way of Oleander Avenue 348.68 feet to a point, said point being the point of beginning; thence North 89°33'S4" East 110.99 feet to a point; thence North 16°37'23" East 44.95 feet to a point; thence North 89°17'07" East 208.96 feet to a point; thence South 37°42'24" East 179.00 feet to a point; thence South 27°17'34" West 197.01 feet to a point; thence South 65°27'23" West 154.01 feet to a point; thence South 24°42'32" East 123.00 feet to a point; thence North 89°42'43" West 260.02 feet to ~ a point, said point being on~the said East right of way of ~ Oleander Avenue; thence North 00°26'26" West along said right of way of Oleander Avenue 444.99-feet to the point of beginning; ~ all lying in and being in St. Lucie County, Florida. ~ 2. That the description of real property referred to as having been partially released beginning on Page 1 of the Mortgage Consolidation and Modification.Agreement dated October 6, 1972, recorded in O.R. Book 207, page 67, shall be modified, amended and corrected to coincide with the descrip- tion appearing in Paragraph 1 above. 3. That the second mortgage deed dated October 6, 1972, ~ recorded in O.R. Book 207, page 65, shall be modified, amended r and corrected so that the description of the property encumbered by said mortgage shall be as follows: ~ =That part of the South 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 15, Township 35 South, Range 40 East lying WEst of an 80-foot right of way ' for State Road No. 5, ` LESS AND EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following parcels: i ~ The East 1259.9 feet, the Soutr~ ~30 feet, th~ ~rlest 25 fee~, an 80-foot right of way for Oleander Boulevard, and the North 25 ~ feet of that part lying West of Oleander Boulevard.
