all lying in and being in St. Lucie County, Florida.
4. That the description as set forth in Paragraph 3
above is hereby and herewith made a part of said second mortqage
as though it had been originally described and incorporated
therein.

5. That this agreement shall not be deemed to modify or
amend said partial release of mortgage, said second mortgage or
said mortgage consolidation and modification agreement except ~
as specifically.set forth herein as pertains to the legal ~
descriptions, an3 the Mortgagor, Gulf-Atlantic Investments of
Fort Pierce., Inc., hereby ratifies and confirms all of said
instruments as modified and amended hereby.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Gulf-Atlantic and the.Association, as
Mortgagor and Mortgagee respectively, have caused these presents
to be executed in their names and their carporate seais to be
her~unto ffixed by their proper officers thereunto duly authorized,
