THIS DEED made the day of April , 197 3,
by G. ALBERT BLOODWORTH an G. ERNEST BLOO WORTH, as surviving
Trustees under Agreement dated July 23, 1957, recorded in Deed Book
230, page 480, public records of St. Lucie Cownty, Florida, herein-
after called the qrantors, to JOHN B. PARK and AUDREY B. PARK, his
wife,
whose post office address is 1 206 South llth Street, Fort Pierce, Florida
33450
hereinafter called the grantees: ~
WITNESSETH; That the grantors, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, barqain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the grantees, all that certain land
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:

AND the grantors hereby covenant with said grantees that in
all things in and about this conveyance the grantors have complied
with the powers vested in them under the Trust Agree~nt dated July 23,
1957, recorded in Deed Book 230, page 480; and that said land is free
of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31,
