together with a note secared thereby with interest thereon from date of said'note.
Outdoor Resorts of America; Inc., as developer and assignor hereunder hereby does
subordinate the reserved right of the developer under Article XY of the Oeclaration
o~ Condominium, as amended, filed in the Public Records of St, Lucie County, Florida,
in OR Book 192, page 821, to the lien and encumberance of the mortgage hereby assigned.
