The l~brtgagors warrant with the M~rtgagee that in the event that aC the
beginning of or at any time pending anq suit upon this m~rtgage, or to s
foreclose it or to reform it, or to enforce payment of any claims hereunder ~
said Hortgagee shall apply to the court having jurisdiction thereof for the
appoiatment of a Receiver, such court shall forthwith sppoint a Beceiver of
