after called the grantors, to VERNON C. RHINESMITH, GELAINE H.
b;UTCHINSON, and ROBERT H. NETHERY(an undivided one-third interest to each grantee)

Fort Pierce, Florida - 33450
hereinafter called the grantees:
WITNESSETH; That the grantors, for and in consideration of ~ ;

TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever. _
AND the grantors hereby covenant with said grantees that in
all things in and about this conveyance_the grantors have complied
with the powers vested in them under the Trust Agreement dated July 23,
1957, recorded in Deed Book 230, page 480; and that said land is free
of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31,
19 7 2 .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said grantors as Trustees aforesaid
