WITNESSETH; That the grantors, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof

TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or.in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever..
AND the grantors hereby covenant with said grantees that in
all things in and about this conveyance the grantors have complied
with the powers vested in them under the Trust Agreement dated July 23,
1957, recorded in Deed Book 230, paqe 480; and that said land is free
of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31,
19 7 2 .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said grantors as Trustees aforesaid
have executed this Deed the day and year first above written.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that on this day, before me, an officer duly
