thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.

AND the grantors hereby covenant with said g~antees that in
all things in and about this conveyance the grantors have complied
with the powers vested in them under_the Trust Agreement dated 'July 23,
1957, recorded in Deed Book 230, page 480; and that said land is free '
of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, ~
